NuVox has consistently achieved growth and improved operating performance organically as well as through strategic mergers. NuVox merged with NewSouth, a CLEC serving several Southeastern states, in May 2004 and Florida Digital Network, a CLEC largely serving Florida and Georgia, in May 2007.

Open Mobile is a new entity that was formed to acquire the assets of NewComm Wireless. NewComm is a wireless carrier operating a CDMA network on the island of Puerto Rico, a market of 4 million pops.

Public Mobile was formed in 2008 to launch an exciting, new unlimited wireless carrier in Canada. In the recent AWS auction, the company acquired wireless spectrum for service in prime Canadian markets including Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. Public Mobile is currently planning its launch of services.

Revol holds a 10 MHz license for Cleveland/Akron Basic Trading Area and operates under the brand name revol. revol is a wireless communication service provider offering customers unlimited local calling under a fixed-rate plan in the Cleveland metropolitan area over its own high-quality, all-digital CDMA network.

SEVEN's mobile email software is sold as a service by mobile operators and service providers worldwide and provides real-time access to work and personal information, including email, calendar, corporate directories, personal contacts and documents.

Zayo Bandwidth was formed in 2006 to provide bandwidth services to carriers, web-centric companies, public institutions and enterprises. Zayo, a wholly owned subsidiary of Communications Infrastructure Investments, LLC (CII), owns and operates fiber optic networks in various regions of the United States. Zayo's mission is to be a highly reliable and responsive bandwidth provider in those geographies where it has fiber networks.
